Exploring the human side of AI—one question at a time.

Hi, I’m Peter Esebame

I’m a doctoral researcher exploring the intersection of Generative AI, leadership, and organisational change, especially in traditional industries like manufacturing.

My research is driven by a deep curiosity about how emerging technologies reshape not just what we do, but how we think, feel, and lead. I’m particularly interested in Systems Thinking, Socio-Technical Systems (STS), Imprinting theory and Technostress—these lenses that help me understand the human side of technological change.

Why This Blog?

This blog is my space to reflect, share, and grow. I write weekly about what I’m learning—from theory to practice, from literature to lived experience. Whether you’re a fellow researcher, a curious practitioner, or someone navigating change, I hope you find something here that resonates.
